My name is Tia Tanaka, I'm from Los Angeles, CA and I'm a Pisces.

Tells us about where you grew up?
When my mom came into America, we lived in New York. We then moved to Long Beach, CA and moved back and forth to Los Angeles as well.

What's your ethnic background?
My mother is Vietnamese/French and my father is Vietnamese.

Can you understand your language?
I can understand it, but it's hard for me to reply. Sometimes I have to mix in a little English sometimes.

What kind of guys do you date?
I've dated all kinds of guys. I've been seeing American guys recently. It changes from time to time.

We know you're in the adult film business. How did you get started in that?
I've always wanted to be an adult film actress but I didn't know how to get my foot in the door. So a friend introduced me to some people, from there I started getting endless work and that's how it's been going ever since.

What are your goals in the industry?
I don't know if I'm planning to be a big star. As long as I have my fans that's always good. I'd like to stay in the business as long as I can.

What do you like about the business?
It's very professional, not like I thought it would be. A lot of people think it's bad, but it's really a clean and good working environment.

How many scenes have you done so far?
Roughly around twenty or more.

Have you ever been to AVN?
Just in January was my first time ever in Vegas! I've only been in the business for four months about a month before AVN, so it was really interesting and fun.

Has anything shocked you so far?
Not really. It's not what I expected. I thought people would be taking advantage of you, but it's really a business.

What do your friends and family think about all this?
When my mom found out she wasn't supporting it, but she's not against it. I don't ask her for anything, and she's just happy that I'm supporting myself and that I'm safe. I love her and she's okay with it!

Tell us about your personality?
My friends say that I'm funny and really easy to get along with. I can get moody sometimes, but guess that's like everybody.

Are you currently single?
Yes I am. I enjoy being single but if a guy comes along that I really like, I'd go for it!

What do you look for in a guy?
He has to be clean, very good hygiene, and treat me very, very well! A lot of the guys I've been with are not the greatest looking, but they were very sweet.

Have you ever been with a girl before?
Yeah, my first actual experience WAS with a girl.

What happened?
We were young, my mom was strict so there was really nothing else to do. I was only 9 and we'd practice kissing.

What other experiences did you have?
When I lost my virginity, it was in a closet with a boy I was with for 2 years. I forced him into it but he wanted to wait till we were married. But he finally gave in.

Are you different on set and in real life?
When I'm on set my alter ego goes on where I'm this horny crazy girl. But in real life I'm the sweet girl you see now.

What would be your wildest sexual experience?
On set, there was a story line where I had a step father having sex with me. He was rough with me and it was pretty wild! He was pulling my hair and spitting on me. In my real life, my boyfriend at the time didn't want to have sex in the car because it was too small. So we went to a playground and did it on a slide. We came back every other night!

What's your favorite food?
I love Italian and Mexican. I like all kinds of food actually.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Successful. I'd like to have my own business and make multiple sources of income. I've invested in real estate and I'm in school right now finishing my degree in Psychology.
